Well, it's Thursday morning a little after 1.  I rushed home to install the new DSL system so I could start using it.  I came up with the same problem and called AT&T tech support who said I wouldn't be activated till 8 tonight. Talk about being PO'ed!  I've been bustin a gut to get the faster internet service and they're delaying me.  Almost ready to pack up all the stuff they sent me and tell them to shove it!  It looks like I'm going to have to add a part to my computer to get the service.  This wasn't told in the ad stuff they've been sending me.  It just chaps my butt.  Pardon the language.  I don't ordinarily talk this way, but I'm really POed.  As for the rest of the day, it hasn't been too bad.  Made the first transition back to work okay.  Preparing the the second one.  A woman at work has offered to take this odd 1PM-midnight shift so I can get back to all 5PM-4AM shifts.  But that would make her double back after getting off the 5PM-4AM shift she's working.  But she likes the idea of getting off at midnight.  That would sure make it easier for me.  Hope we can get it worked out.  Been feeling okay for the most part.  The right foot is still hurting.  Hopefully will get with my doctor next week and set up an appointment with a podiatrist.  With my insurance, the primary care doctor must recommend going to a specialist.  Don't think that'll be a problem.  So, not too bad so far.
