update ...
I was just not doing well ..so I took a good long break to get my self together ....about a month and a half ago ......the big migrain that I have had for the past 4years 24/7 ...broke .....what a relief .....I only had to take two big ..painkillers ..in that time ...........I still get migrains but not bad enough to take the big painkillers ......the painkillers just took off the edge ....so I wasent scared ..and could do my mediation ...to take all the pain away ..except if I got up off the chair it came back full force and I would have to start over ........I slow my hole sues ten dowen ..my breathing ..my blood flow ..my heart ...and pulse ....................................than I went to see my phicitrist ....and told him I wanted to Chang one of my ..pills for somthing else ...antiedepresants ...so we did ...and what a Chang ..like day and night ....I don't feel depressed ..now ...it feelers amasing ..it only took 59 years to get to this point ...........i have been doing a lot of work on my self ......my daughter ...runs a spiritual ..circle ....doesent mater what religion ...even if you don't have a religion ...everyone is welcome ........it is healing ......we are doing a cupple other things .....to ......take care everyone ...God bless

I would give anything to get rid of the migraine. My doctor put me on Depakote to help with my migraines and bi-polar but no help yet. My head feels like it\'s going to explode. I am SO HAPPY that you are feeling better!!!! Love and Hugs
