Pain

I had to do some running around today had to go to the city that is never good for me  today was even worse because I already woke up with a migrain and I had to drive the car in to the dealers to be fixed while my h drove the truck .............then after we brought the car in we went for breakfast and I had to eat to take my painkillers so I had beaken and eggs...........then we had some tine to kill so we went to a gun store mt h need some bullets.  We're they. Expensive you better hit what you are shooting at I told him you can't afford to just shoot them off for nothing lol........then we went to visit our girlfriend for a cupple of hours because I had an apointment with my phicatrist today ............so we visited till we had to go my h dropped me off and went to canadiantire.   He use to weight with me but now you have to pay for parabpnd and it is expensive.  so the doctor could see right away I was doing much better than the last times. I was in to see him so we cut my pills to what they use to be befor I got bad.  None gave me enough meds for 6months so I am going to see if I can make it that long it will be the first time going that long befor I see hiYes usually I go every 3months ........is so a good thing mt h drove hom because my head was bad the car wasent ready we need a new computer. ......then we went out for supper. Befor we went home            Because by the time we wougoof gotten home it would of been to late to start cooking. Ii took most of mine home for the puppy he had fish ......and I have been on the couch sever since and still on painkillers took all I can take I have to weight a nother 3hours to take. Some mor painkiller .....but I don't think I will have to I am doing my meditation it just hurts realy bad if I get up and move around .....so that has been my day tomorow has to be better ......
