Frustrated

Last night I started getting frustratedEd so I took my pills early and went to bed I have only been up for a cupple of hours and I am already feeling frustrated I feel it up my back it is a Terrance feeling it drives ne nuts all I can do is take some pills and go and rest ......I haven't had that in a few month ....I hope it passes ......I think I have been in the depreshion. Bord to much and what happend the last times t went to my doctors he was suposto rains. My one med ..I wasent doing good .....so for some reason I got it in my heah that I needed to take a certin leaves of this mised and toast weak I found out I was taking to much this is the second time I do this with this med so now I am taking the right amount so that could also cause me to be feeling the way I am to and if that is what it is I just have to rid it out ........can't weight till I get better ....
