doing ok

well i havent riten for a while .didnt realy not know what to right ..................i usualy am doing well sometimes i seam to get a litle said so i am keeping bissey ....i am doing crostiching my owen dizine ...............and as soon as i get my painting room cleaned out i am going to start painting again .............i havent been able to do that for a long time but amd feeling up to it now .......so that is a good thing ...............i am not at all happy about them closing dowen the chat i found it was a very important part of this group ............if i was having a hard time at night for example i could come on here and there would always be someone for me to talk with .........and we could make eacher smile or laugh and after that i could sleep the crisses was over ........the crying stoped .............now all i will be able to do is send a mesage to one of my frends ..............but i have finaly got some sleeping pills from the doctor .....i never want to start taking sleeping pills my doctor had mentioned it befor because i was getting so run dowen from lack of sleep ..................or i would sleep half the day and that wasent fain to my husband ...........well it turnes out the doctor was right we tried two pills the first didnt work but the second ones are working realy good i am not tired the next day and i am able to get to bed and to sleep by 1100 unless my head it to bad .......................i have just come to reolize if i want a life than i need to take pills and i want a life and it seams to help with the migrains to ..............not much else to say .................had a great time on the weakend my grandaughter decided because her sister was having a sleep over that she would come to our place for a sleep over ...........so we watched movies and talked .........we stayed till 130 at night then she got tired the next morning we all got up and my husband made breakfast ..........and we were watching a movie and i fell asleep and my husband had gone out to work in the garden so when the movie was over she tried to wake me up and couldent so she saw her popa out in the garding so out she went to help and she is not afraid to get her hands dirtie .........she likes to help you in what ever you are doing ...............and at home her father has an office and so she has in the other corner of the room has set up her owen office sheloves that ................one time my husband had a moose liver he needed to clean up and check out and she got up on a chair and had here hands in there up to her elbowes cleaning the liver with her grand father .............she is a blessing ....................god bless
