Today is Sunday and I got up this morning and was happy to be here for another day. I started my day by reading some inspirational books and devotions. I woke my son up so that we could get dressed for church. We arrived at church and as luck would have it we found a parking space right in the front of the church it was like that space was there for me so I wouldn't have to walk that far and I was glad to because my knee was bothering me. The message was good I received a lot from it. I learned that even though I am going through the obstacles of having arthritis, multiple sclerosis, depression and being a single parent that the Lord is still making a way for me. I am thankful that I do have a son that is well-mannered that doesn't give me problems, that I have a family who is their for me even though sometimes I think that they are not but they are, I have friends even though they may not call me often but they call me sometimes just to see how I am doing. Even though I don't going out as much as I use to, I still get out but, it is my fault that I'm limiting myself. I have to be open to new changes and new opportunities that may come my way. Even though I can't walk as well as I use to I can try and go to some thing not just count myself out of the game. I have to start speaking words of encouragement to myself. If I speak defeat or negativity into my life that is exactly what I am going to get. So Lord I thank you for letting me see that I am wonderfully blessed I have a home, car, finances that might not be the best but, its better than a whole lot of people. I have clothes to wear, food on my table and utlities to keep me warm and my lights on. I have tvs, books, etc. to keep me from being bored but if I get to a place that I need to get away I have a phone, car, and now I no I have an imagination where I can go that things can be better. Thank you GOD from where you brought me from and where you are going to take me too. I thank you in advance for the blessings in which I am about to receive. I thank you for what has past and I thank you for the present. I know that you are with me constantly guiding me even though I may not see it right away. I know that something what I want the answer may be NO. So I thank you even in that situation. Help me LORD to continue to serve you and be obedient to your word.

You wrote this on my birthday so even though I\'m reading it two weeks later, I feel as though you\'ve given me a late birthday present! Thank you for your beautiful words.
