Good Morning All,  I am going to my water aerobics class today at 9:00.  I am really enjoying it and look forward to it each time.  I go Mon., Wed, and Fri.  Yoga is at 11:00 on Sat.  I did not go to the Latin Impact class, because it is not at a good time for me.  It is at 8:00 in the evening and I am winding down at that time.  I am an early to bed early to rise type of person.  Today after my class I will go see Christian.  My endorphins will be popping today.  Sara still is not feeling well, so I will take him to the park and let her get some rest.  I know how hard it is to take care of an almost two year old when you are not feeling well.  Christian’s Birthday is this month on the 27th.  Yesterday I made my reservations for NJ.  I will be going Aug 14th thru the 19th.  I was just searching around to check prices, and I went on to Priceline and found a fare from Houston to Philadelphia for $234.  My brother advised me to go ahead and take it because I probably would not get a better rate than that, in fact fares will most likely go up.  It was cheaper to fly into Philly than Newark.  Where I go in NJ is Toms River, which is about the same distance from each airport.  So it doesn’t make much difference.  I am feeling really good.  Eating right and exercising really helps I think.  I cannot believe it is June already and next month I will have to go for my next 3 month check up.  I am starting to worry already.  I know you all understand.  That is it for now.  I hope you all have a healthy happy, pain free and stress free weekend.  Anita

I forgot to say my flight is a non-stop on US Air. Continental was $400.

And you got it for 234....Great....and you go to priceline.com. Very good to know just in case we take a trip. Thats such a huge savings and I wonder how they can do that. I love that they do. I find the more I exercise the better I feel also. I too need to search for a water aerobics class here where I live. It is so refreshing and with the summer heat alot easier to take. Your inspiring to me and I thank you for that ......Cool air and hugssss to you....

Yes, they were haveing a report on the news last night that the days of dirt cheap flights are going away, so it is good you are going now and are able to get that price. The news report also said that there will be less and less non-stop flights.
It is so nice of you to take Christian off Sara\'s hands, but I am betting it isn\'t too much of a sacrifice. The park sounds like a nice outing.

Continental is based here and last night on the news they said they were going to lay off 3,000 people and ground some of their planes and cancel some of their flights. The CEO and someone else are donating the rest of this years salary to the company. Of course they make millions.

I took Christian to the park for about an hour before his little cheeks started getting so red. He flushes very easily. I guess cause he is so fair. The park is walking distance from their house. I not sure about distance, but I am thinking like 100ft.

Yes Beth I am feeling so good since I started exersising.

Poor Sara is still so sick and very tired. I hope this does not last too much longer. I guess by now she is 2 1/2 months.

I am going to Yoga today at 11:00. Afterwards I am going up to Rob and Sara\'s again. They are thinging about buying a new house even though they have only been in this house for two years. They do not feel it is big enough now for two kids. It is a 3 bedroom, but they are bursting out of it. Personaly I wish they would wait. Buying houses right now may be good, but selling is another story. However the market here is not as bad as some other places, so we will see.

Yes, selling is tough and buying now is good............a really changing market right now.............it should settle in about 12 months or so from now...........California Market that is...............we went from R.E. boom to lots of forclosures........and owners seeking out something to rent because of their crisis................How was Yoga???? I have always wanted to try it but I am not very limber and would feel like a dork...............lol

Yoga is great. I highly recomend it. I just got back from Rob and Sara\'s. We went to look at some houses. These are brand new and will have to be built which is good, because they have to sell their house which could take awhil. The sales girl said she would give them a contingency, but they would have to show that their house is on the market. They have not definetly decided to do this, but I think they will.

Hi Anita!
I\'m so glad you\'re feeling well, and that the positive effects of exercise and eating well are making themselves known. I love yoga - it always surprises me what a strenuous workout it can be, although not in the way you\'d expect (does that make sense?) Water aerobics sounds great, too - I may have to look into that at my local rec center.

Good luck helping Sara & Rob find a new home (or build a home)- more importantly, good luck selling their home. Hopefully the market is better where you live than here in Denver. And great job getting a decent airfare to Philly - fares are going up all over, since it appears fuel prices are going to increase with no end in sight! Grrrrr . . .

We will be right by your side for your checkup next month, so if you\'re worried, you\'ll have us to \"virtually\" hold your hands if you need it. Enjoy the rest of your weekend! Hugs xxx LuEllen

How great to have something special to look forward to. I have to admit, this has been one of my tricks over the years. And to head back to New Jersey sounds super. We lived in Browns Mills, New Jersey for a while and it wasn\'t too far from the coast. My family went to Ocean City when I was a child. There is something very different about this area that I have never experienced elsewhere.
Have lots of fun! And High Fives for the excercise classes! You are amazing.
hugs, linda
