Hi folks,  Happy Saturday.  I just wanted to report that I finished my MCE courses for my RE license, and I passed all 6.  They were pretty easy except for the Law, and Ethics ones.  Not that they were hard they were just longer.  More reading.  I paid on line for my licensing fee, so I am good to go for another two years.  At least my license with be in good standing if I should choose to go back to RE.  Friday I went to my second water aerobics class.  I really love it.  Today I tried to go to a Pilates class but found it too strenuous for me right now.  So I took a swim in the pool and waited for the Yoga class to start at 11:00.  I really enjoyed that.  I think I will do that once a week.  They also have a Latin Impact class on Tuesday night at 8:00.  I may try that also.  Just trying to find my niche.  I am very happy I joined this club.  Friday after my water aerobics class I went up to Rob and Sara’s.  Rob was off work.  He has off every other Friday.  We were going to try to go to the Zoo again but Sara is still not feeling good.  She really is having a tough time this time.  So Rob and I took Christian to the park.  We had a great time.  That’s it for now.  Later  Anita

Congratulations for success with the course !
It is really wonderful to know you are enjoying all the exercise activities ! I am thinking of taking up swimming myself .May be water exercises are gentle on the system as I am finding pilates hard at the moment !

Have a great day !

love and hugs ....................Monica

Monica, I give you so much credit for doing pilates. I found it very difficult and could not get through the hour. Yes, water aeorobics are gentler on you body, yet you are getting the benefits of an aeorobic work out. I found Yoga very relaxing. I think I can stick to both of them.

Well done with the course.. another obstacle out of the way.. Sounds like a great club with lots to choose from.. I used to enjoy Latin at school and still like finding roots and hidden meanings to words through Latin and Greek roots.. fascinating subject.. xxx

Inka, I think you got the wront impression about the Latin Impact. It is latin dance moves to latin music for excersize.

Anita, congrats on getting your continuing ed (I assume that\'s what it was) to keep your RE license current. Sure hope the market where you live is better than it is in Colorado - pretty dreadful here, and still many, many, many, many (get the idea?) foreclosures. Your water aerobics sounds great - a terrific workout but low impact. I\'ve tried it a couple of times and it can be more strenuous than it appears :-) Same for Pilates - I\'ve taken a few classes at our local rec center, and can get through the hour class (barely!) but the problem is that I need a week to recover afterwards, and this was before cancer. Somehow I think doing pilates more regularly is the ideal, but I\'m not up to it just yet.

Gorgeous sunny day here and I\'m off to pull weeds - our grass is off to a slow start growing, but the weeds are looking fabulous, haha. Have a wonderful day everyone!

Yes. MCE is Mandatory Continuing Education. In Texas you have to do this every two years. My license is on inactive status. I am not planning on doing RE right now. If I did I could not depend on it alone. Right now I could not afford all the fees anyway.

Congrads in passing your MCE to renew your RE license. Here in Pittsburhg the housing market is better than the average, but that still makes it bad. But it is alway good to stay current with something like that. You never know when the market will upswing and when you want to get back into it.

I was doing water aerobics when it was offered in Nick\'s school\'s pool. It was fantastic. I really enjoyed the music they played too. Maybe they will have it this summer again.

I sometimes do my Seated Yoga DVD. I find it very relaxing, but sometimes I have to force myself not to get antsy and want to hurry through it, forgetting that relaxation is the point.

Sorry Sara is having a hard time with this pregnancy. I am sure you enjoyed spending time with Christian no matter what you guys did. And the park is always nice.

Nick just has half a day today and it is going to be a beautiful one.
