Well if it wasn't bad enough to have Cancer, now I was told today I no longer have a job.  At Christmas time this is the worst news.  Don't know what I am going to do.  Who is going to hire me at 62 having had Cancer?  I guess I can collect unemployment for awhil till I figure it out.  No Medical Benifits however.  I'll write more later.

Anita, I\'m so sorry to hear about your job - it\'s never a good time to lose a job but at Christmas it\'s the worst. I hope you will feel a little more positive in the next few days. 62 is young these days and you might be surprised at the opportunities available when you\'re ready. Sending a hug and a prayer your way - LuEllen

Please don\'t let this spoil the good things happening... I had to change my job after cancer and then two years ago I lost my job on 16th Dec.. Eventually I found the right thing.. It took time and I did lots of volunteering and and evening courses just to keep me oiled.. I haven\'t had so much money since but my life is a million times improved.. I\'m thinking of another career change after this bout as I don\'t want to work as hard nor in a stressful situation anymore.. You might be pleasantly surprised at how things work out.. I\'ll be hoping and wishing as always.. but I have a strong feeling that things will work out better than you think now... Lots of love to you xxxxxx

Can you be fired legally? Have you talked to an attorney? Try to stay positive about all this. You are in my thoughts.
