why do people with children treat them so common. maybe because i don't have i look at things so different. to me when someone hears that i don't have a child and want one they offer me theirs. i feel so sorry for them.
I know what you mean...I recently went through a divorce and the funny thing is that that was the time that I was finally ready to have kids.
I think when you\'re single, you have a tendancy to realize what a miracle a child is. But when you\'re a parent, you deal with the child through good times and bad. And after a while, you start to take them for granted.
i think people just say it jokingly(?) ...i don\'t know, i would\'t read too much into it, but then i can\'t decide whether i want any or not. i can definitely see a down-side to having them as well as the good things though! hehe. i enjoy my social life!
don\'t know what happened the last two days but it has been on a steady down turn.ussally have people show me their new babies or grandkids but this just started out of the blue.
