9-08 Sat.Yesterday was a tough day. Again after some time the sad realization that I am Bipolar and life is different.  Things had been well for awhile and then came the stress of important life decisions. It knocked me for a loop. I became depressed. A hole was left from the optimism that I been trying to create. Waking up this morning and seeing a successful neighbor hit me inthe gut, is it ever going to happen for me. After looking online at the symptoms of depression I can definetly beleive that they were present. I hope that they pass quickly so it would be a normal reaction to stress and a sort of failure. The hopelessness was the most alarming of the symptoms.

Don\'t look at it as life will be different.
You\'re still you and you can still do the things before (except drink!!) But now you won\'t have to deal w/mood swings, which makes for a pretty stable life.

Why not different? I would like to be just me but feeling better consistenly, that would be different for me. My moods swings have been pretty much under control although they are on the low side. I also have lymes and dealing with that and my BP. Very confusing trying to understand which is what and what is which. Thank you!
