Hello to all my friends old and new,Not much to report today.  The weather is beautiful and it is warm outside.  I took my foster daughter to sylvan to take a test today.  She is such a beautiful girl and growing up before my eyes.  My blood sugar is doing good today and I am going to walk later on today.  I am trying to change my eating habits and not beating myself up for falling back.  I have lost 15 lbs but I need to lose more.  I am thinking of going outside today and pulling weeds and cleaning out my car.
