have been awhail chance i wrote anything. i don't like the please i am in. not much freedom feels more like a prison than a care facility for veterns. i don't need this much care and hope to be able to get in to another place soon with more freedom and better choices in food the food is really bad hear i only can eat it half the time. it helps doing the journal with poor eye sight bigger print helps me write my journals. i have had chest pain the last few days blood work comes back bad but ekg and other blood test so no new damage so that is good news i have to watch myself and been given nitro to care with me again. i will likly be a around a long time as i am making life changes to take care of my heart and diebetis. hope my friends find this update helpful. still hit wrong keys in typing i can still be hard to read sorry about that i am also a poor speeler and words come in red so i know that i mispell many words sorry about that. hope it don't stop you from reading my journals.
