i spent two wounderful years in urbandale iowa ihee hills on colboy parkway. i would have been their two years this auguest. i have made changes in my diet before and will do again. they were working on getting my diebetis under control. sugar free stuff causes bladder cancer. i am working on eating small and often to keep my blood sugar under control. i will try different font sizes and colors to help me when i make posts. will try to keep up with one daily if i can. i have found what i have done in vietnam and records and proof but can't get it done will need help so i can get a promise god made to me a long time a go in the amplify bible he told me with a thought change isreal to all the offspring of daryl george folk shall come to honor glory and salavation. i want my kids to have my flag and all medals i earn to split between them. i want to be in the national cemetary i can only get this done with help from other veterns. i urge all americans who lost someone in vietnam or they came back like me not to be able to get away with this ever again. my brothers and sisters in arms are country needs us again.
