i haven't been on in many years know. the last 3 years i have had problems with my heart. i had 5 stints 3 years ago. than a year later i had a heart attack and in june of 2013 i had open heart surgry. two years ago my cardiolist at the va put me in assisit living in desmoines. he said i would die if i stay home alone. with the complacations of my diebetis i am dieing and will live longer where their are nurses to take care of me and check on me. i know i would be dead if i wasn't hear. i hated to leave my 900 feat sugur condo. i only have a small room i was doing good well i was doing cardic reheb. i have put weight back on and blood sugar has gone up so i started monday working out at the va and will be doing it ever monday and wednasday. i am know in lots of pain has i have singles in my heart area so i am in a lot of pain. i can use a lot of prayers. i spend a lot of time playing games on facebook. i am going to start spending some time on this site also miss all the friend i have on this site.

Hi, It\'s been a long time! I\'m sorry for all that you\'ve gone through and continue to go through. I\'m glad to know that you are living where people will take care of you. I will definitely be praying for you. I just recently came back on DS myself. I\'m going to try to come on here more often. I also play some of the games on FB.
