update
my parents call me saturday night they got my fifty dollars for my nices and her husband. they went and saw him frieday night they say he looks real good. they want my parents to thank me for the money. i hadn't slept in two days so was sleeping when they called. i haven't been able to get back to sleep. i sleep than don't get my meds for my sinsus and than i am paying for it again tonight they are running snezzing and blowing my nose all night. i am going to call my mom on monday night she will be celebrating her 83rd birtday. they are comming hear in september and stay with me for awahile. her brother will be celebrating is 60th wedding anniversary. i weight myself frieday night i am down to 181 pounds i have been drinking more water and less pop i think that why i am doing so good in losing weight.

Yeah the soda pop is pretty bad for weight, all that sugar. Water is heaps better but I find it kinda hard to drink sometimes. I like flavour! congratulations on your mum\'s 83rd birthday! and your brother\'s 60th wedding anniversary :) Some great achievements and time for celebration.

Good to hear about your moms upcoming birthday, Wish I could be there, Hope she has a Wonderful Celebration, and the 60th Wedding aniversuary, that\'s really something in todays world, Amazing and wonderful,.. Hope your sinsus get better soon, I have been lucky with mine, just a little stopped up, but not really bothering me yet, I have the Benadril ready when it does, HA! Congrads on being able to step away from the soda, it\'s an addicting beast Im trying to drink less also cause it\'s Acid, and my Father is trying to make my Body Alchaline he bought this very expensive machine that turns the city water into Alcoline Water,... it\'s supose to heal your body if your not Acid..but Alcoline..
