i am felling horrible no sleep i went to the bathroom so much that my hemroids are bleeding and i am itchy. i guess i will us one of my hemorid suppostory since i haven't gone to the bathroom in a couple hours know. i am wide awake even thou i have been up for well over a day know. i same wide awake hopefully when midnight gets hear i will be able to get some sleep. please pray that i get some sleep tonight and be able to go to my saturday night aa meeting. i need to start working on my goal to go swiming at the gym three days a week. i need someone to kick me in the butt i keep on saying i will start on monday. i will do it monday.wedenday,and friday. someone check up with me and ask if i went to the gym this monday. i would start tommorrow if felling good except it is kids swiming days at the gym saturday,sunday,and frieday night. i will go in the afternoon just befor my seven thirty aa meeting. please someone ask me on those three days if i have gone to the gym i could us some support in reaching this goal.
