i haven't been sleeping at all got some sleep early this morning. i am going thou a rough period with my ptsd. i haven't been on much not been sending hugs out. my va appointment went well on monday my diebites as come down great appoivement. he added three more units of insulin to keep it in good control so i don't bottom out again. they have started meals on wheels for me. that is great i get one good diebetic meal a day. we haven't had any rain hear for three days great giving the flood waters a change to go down. i hope people join my flood survior group flooding affecting all the mid west this share are flood survior story with one another. i pray for those along the mississippi river who are getting flood and like hear a levy as broken making problems worse for everyone. i got some sleep yesterday and went to and aa meeting last night and heard all members had been affected by the flood and thinking god that they were ok. you can always replaced property who can't replace a life loss.
