i got my house clean months before i set up to accomplised that goal. know all i need to do is work on keeping the place clean. so my parents when they come hear this summer they will be able to stay with me. i him close to what i weigh when i got out of vietnam. i only have to lose five more pounds and i will have reach my goal. my diebeties is better because of the weight loss.
