i attend and aa metting friday night and plan on going monday to a meeting making my two mettings this week my week for that goal will be friday to thursday. next week i plan on if the weather is ok to start working on my swiming goal. my social worker his coming out from the va tommorror at ten pm with the dietician. we are suppouse to get rain tonight hope it doesn't turn in to frezzing rain i hate ice its impossible to stop on it. since i him retired when the roads are icy i make up my mind to stay home. wednesday the housekeep comes so i when i get on her will be updating that goal. i will watch the election returns from new hampshire on tuesday night i hope my candiated does better than she did in iowa. the cacus was great we lived in a republican percinct and we had the largest number of people ever we had 302 people we outdid the republicans in a republican percint. we had republicans who change registration because they don't like the war the republican president got us into and all the republican canditates want us to stay their. we had a lot of young people most voted for bacuk obama but we had young people for hillary also and republicans who swith their party so they could vote for hillary. they are so mad that they say they will vote for you ever wins the democratic nomnation. which is a good sign we are likely going to have are first black president or are first woman president soing that this country has come along way. it is great that a woman or a black have a good change of winning the democratic nomantion and become president. this makes me proud that whites like myself a male would gladly vote for a black or a woman to be president of this country. hillary came in third hear it was the most noisy cacus i ever attend everone yelling out their candiates name my voice got sore from yelling hillary hillary hillary. just imagine 302 people yelling out the name of the candiated that they are supporting all at the same time. it made me fell good we are going to go from a red state to a blue state when you have so must excitement from people in a republican percent. i hope we have a hillary obauma ticket or a obauma hillary ticket i think it would be great ticket and a winning one because people have had anough of this republican war. when you get republican becoming democrats to support obauma and hillary that is a good sign and they say who ever the democrates nominate is better than anything the republican are offering us.
