i went to the va doctor today we talk about tagmant he said its a med drug like the one i have been on. he wanted to put me on the strongrest drug there is for it he said if i insisted he would give me tagment. i said no give me the strongest drug their is for it. he said if not better in a week call home health nurses and tell them he than has plan b. there are too drugs that i him on that can upset the stomack and he would take me off them if not better in a week. he said they should start working quite fast. i than got some bad news my blood sugar his extremely high and it shows the start of kidney damage so he put me on a pill for my kidney. its he said a warning sign if i get my blood sugar under control and taking this pill my kidney damage can be reverse. he increase my morning insulin dose. i him felling a little better today i did on wednesday too than bad on thursday. i won't start the new meds tommorrow so hope i will be felling so good that i can put a happy smilling face on my site again. i was going to go out to eat and than i start farting so came home and eat. so didn't get to eat out and go to and aa meeting like i wanted hopefully i will be doing that next frieday. i him going to upgrade my face from horrioble to bad a slight improvement.

Ohh sweetie , being diabetic makes things are the worse when your in pain it elavates the sugars BLAH a viciuos cycle.No wonder you don\'t feel good. BIG HUG. I am glad your Dr. is addresing your tummy and looking at your meds , to many DR. now a days are in a rush, and over look checking what causes what symptoms. Sometimes you have to try and keep up with those yourself. I am feeling not too bad these last few days if you want to chat let me know. I leave this up , when I am off doing other things , so I don\'t have to key in all the codes over and over again, but on my Yahoo chat I leave a away msg. Who cares if you have gas .. look shocked and look at someone close to you then move away chuckle !
Hello Sir....Margaret has diabetes also, among other things. So far Metformin, 1000mgs twice a day controls that.

Sorry to hear about your kidneys. Hope they can still do some healing. Maybe you can catch an AA meeting some other day this weekend.

Anything up is an improvement. Gosh anything that makes you feel a little more you is better than feeling bad with all you have been feeling. Oh and fart away all you want... hee hee if that makes someone laugh that\'s something good, right? LOL
Wow! You have really had a hard time of it! I\'m glad your doctor discovered the blood sugar and kidney problems. My partner has diabetes, too, and she is always having more trouble with health problems because of the diabetes. Take care of yourself and let\'s hope your doctor finally gets you well.
Hi! I am sorry I have been gone. It sounds like you are having a difficult time! I hope you get to feeling better! Hope the new med helps! My daughter-in-law has been diabetic since she was 8 and is constantly having problems. Maybe you join a support group here on this site along with this one and get some support and advice! It would be worth a try, but don\'t leave this one cause I don\'t want to lose you! Hope you get to feeling better! Jet

I feel like im lost in a time tunnel, sorry if I don\'t get here often work is my excuse im afraid,.. well, first, there are things one might take for gas but don\'t get upset about it, it\'s a natrual part of life,.. your doctor sounds good, Sounds like mine, he told me medicines work differently in different people and sometimes they need to try different ones to find the one that works for YOU.. sounds like your doc Knows some good drugs and is trying to find the right one, which is good cause as someone said some rush or have there Pet Drugs they like and don\'t do the math or take the walk to make you the best you can be, Kidney pill sounds like it will help, good keep taking it, Blood sugar can be brought under control Im almost sure of that, just keep doing what your supose to be doing, and Im sure all will come together.
