i have had a bad day since last thursday i had trouble with my ibs and also on frieday. the rest of the week my stomack his gasy i have a hard time sleeping i him up tell late moring or early afternoon untill i can't stay awake anymore than sleep until early evening. i have my days and nights mixed up its good that i him retired. so i can sleep when ever i him able. the pain in the stomack is bad  but i him eating and following my diet. i see my doctor on the twenty sixth this month. i would like to wait untill then because i hate the emergency room at the veterens hospital you wait all day to be seen. if it gets worse than what it is than i will go to the emergency room. their are no signs of it bleeding like their was when it first started acting up on me. one of my friends said she going to spend less time on this site because its mostly people talking about their illness and not giving each other support. i wish i wasn't sick and could write about something positive again. i pray that i will have something good to write about the next time i write a journal. thanks for all my friend being concerned about how i him doing i surly expeciated that support. a friend heartstring has ask me to write something about veterens. so hopefully i will be able get something written. when you see a vetern or a serviceman and woman. think them for their sevice and what they did your are doing for the country it means so much to us to know people expeciated what we have done. wheather you support the war or don't take it out on the serviceman and woman. instead vote for the candiaties you expess your view. so many people complain about are goverment but do not vote they should be ashame of themself. ever american you is allageble to vote sould get register and exercise their vote. we have a presidential election coming up next year get out their and vote for the candiate you best express your views. has a veteren i would love to see election where their was one hundred perceant particapant. remember many people have died to give you the right to vote.
