Sept 6-2007...  My first entry.  I have never joined any groups before except one I went to several years ago where some guy went berzerk and the police had to hog tie him and drag him out.  Needless to say, it was the first and last time I have gone to one.  I am going to try to go to a group Sunday.  I am nervous.  It's weird being Bi Polar.  I have been quite stable for several years but going around other Bi Polars makes me feel uncomfortable.  I guess it is due to my last experience.  I think I need to at least give it a try.
