I dom't know why I do this to myself. I hold things inside and let them pile up.I always tell people that I need to go on this site because it helps me lots buy I never do. What is wrong with me? I can't understand what is going on with me. I go from being all happy to looking like I am pissed. I go to a shrink every 3 months or so and that helps but what do I do for the next few weeks after that if I only go every 90 days PLEASE HELP ME If I keep comeing back will you help me?
