today was an extremely unpleasant one. a very good friend of mine lost his new baby. she was a premie and was doing great she was a month old and then she lost the battle. i went to the visitation today and only lasted like 15 minutes. it was very emotional for me. i have know him for almost 20 years and when i saw his face i lost it. he and his family are always in my thoughts and i love them dearly. things just seem to be getting sadder and sadder lately. i am hoping that the future will look a bit brighter.
