It is foggy here today.  I still feel some stiffness from the migraine.  My husband and son are both up now which makes me tense.  I take the day to relax while my son is at school.  I will go work out tommorrow.  There is some heavy stuff going on in the news today: Castro steps down as the Cuban President, JFK's lost assasination papers are found.  Eerie!
