I went back to my old dosage of Lithium because I was getting the same side effects of being over medicated(being thirsty a lot, tongue feeling weird, shakiness, etc.) The weather is still awful here and according to the groundhog there is 6 more weeks of winter.
The weater makes me feel sad. I'm doing my best to get through it.

i hate winter too...i can stand about 3 weeks of it being really cold, and it might as well snow if it\'s cold...course in va it is often midling cold and rainy! hope the adjustment on your lithium helps shake the side effects and let\'s you feel better! big hugs....
