I went back to my old dosage of Lithium because I was getting the same side effects of being over medicated(being thirsty a lot, tongue feeling weird, shakiness, etc.)  The weather is still awful here and according to the groundhog there is 6 more weeks of winter.The weater makes me feel sad.  I'm doing my best to get through it.
