I had another medication again yesterday. My person thinks I'm having mania and depression at the same time. She to call her in 2 weeks to see how I feel.
that sucks. two blows at once. I hope the new meds help. What have you tried for sleep. I have realized that when I get regular sleep I am better. Maybe not great but better.
