I feel so terrible right now.  I'm not sleeping well.  I know it will take time for the increase in medication to start working.  Right now I feel so helpless.  My husband and son feel sad for me.  My son even gave me some of his stuffed animals to help me feel better.  I know it sounds silly but when I feel like this, I will hug a stuffed animal.  God bless to all my friends.
