I feel really awful tonight. I know weather can effect mood. A little ways from where I live, there was an EF-1 tornado. Nobody was hurt. I curious if the tornado effected my mood. I don't want to feel bad anymore. I am trying to get better. It is so hard.

The weather effects alot of people and it use to effect me when I live in Chicago, but then one day I came to the realization that I can\'t do anything about the weather and I had enough issues to deal with so why worry about something you can not change, needless to say I finally moved to a brighter and warmer climate, but I do know what you are talking about, hang in there!
