Counseling went well. What has happened is not unusual.  I just had a lot on my plate over the holidays.  My son is ADHD & has Aspergers so he is a handful.  My husband hates his job so he is stressed out.  Having my son home for 2 weeks for Christmas vacation was hard because he is very demanding.  He is back in school now.  I called my PNPR and she increase 1 of my medications.  She said it was the season and the bad weather.  There has been a lot of terrible weather out here in Oregon.  There has been a lot of flooding in places.  It pretty much wrecked the town of Vernonia.  I managed to get a few things done today and will do what I can tommorrow.
