Hey Dad, well day one of real work is over and I'm about to start day two. Everyone is really friendly, it will take a week or so to learn my way around theplace...but all in all its great. It's very different to work in Port. Theres no trouble about who will do what job, we all work for the same company so who ever can do something will do it. The staff are good, although its not as hard as I'm use to. Seems I will spend most of my time in the office! I'm use to being out there doing everything....no need to do that here, there are enough staff to get everything done and that leaves me free to do the job I'm suppose to be doing. Tahnee is right, it's a bit mind blowing being here.... there is something about this place thats very different. It's a different feel to everything. My first trip out to the rock was .... strange ... there is a feel to the rock that I didn't expect, but maybe thats just because I'm open to it. We get a yearly pass to the rock, so I will be going back as soon as I can to walk around it and go back to the cultural centre. When we went out there for our tour with work we had an Indigenous guide, he told us a fair bit about it and took us to a few places that you are allowed to take photo's ...will upload a couple. I have to say that climbing the rock is not something I will do. I will try to talk to the locals more and get more of their stories..but climbing the rock seems so wrong..better just to stand back and look at it.better go get ready...its the second morning of work don't want to be late..lol love ya heaps Dadalways and forever your little MargyXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX
