Hey Dad, this is sort of like plonking myself down in a chair beside you, catching up on news!
We went fishing, and lost 4 darn big fish, they broke the line!!! And that was with steel traces on!!!!!!
Oh well, a bad days fishing beats a good days work in my book.
Today is busy, work is insane, people everywhere, I wish the tourists would all go home and leave us alone for a while...we are short staffed, short of linen, short on everything..aarrgggggg....gues that comes with running the place though.
I got Mums letter, but by the time i got it she had changed her mind and now thinks staying there is a better option....
.... who knows what next week will bring.
She is sounding a bit better, still wobbly, sad, frustrated, but at least she is finding the old fight she use to have.
Shane had his birthday yesterday, I rang him...will see him next week when we are down there and take him shopping for something. Ashlee has a cold, and the boys have had the flu/cold as well. Shane would of had his hands full with all 3 sick.
Jodi sent me a email, Hayden is in a big bed now!! Your little manikins has grown up so much in the last few months. I know he wold always brighten your day when he would come running in looking for Popa and that little heellloooo he would say.
Looking at the last 5 months so much has happened/changed, its hard to believe you haven't been here for any of it. Its sad for me to have all this stuff happening and your not here to share it with me.Some days i just don't feel like doing anything, shutting the world out and curling up so small...hoping that it will all change back......I know it won't, but sad days are going to be a part of my life forever now. No doubt happy ones will be there as well, but today is sad...
We fly down to see everyone next week....that will be sad

Hello, dear friend. Sorry today is not a good day, but maybe tomorrow will be better. I hope so!!
Five months is not a long time, sweetie, and we all feel sad sometimes - just goes with the territory. It is good that you are busy at work (and I live in a tourist area too - but we call them terrorists and wish they would go home when we can\'t find parking at the shops!!) Hoping for a brighter day for you tomorrow, dear friend, and sending you a big squashy hug to make you feel better. Love and prayers always.
