pg_422792724.jpgI was at the Special Museum Board meeting tonight. It was a good walk there. I wasn't as tired as the one on Monday. Maybe a sign that I was tired to begin with on Monday or maybe a sign that even that little bit that I have done has made some improvement... of course I also wore my backpack with my laptop computer on Monday. Could that few pounds and an icy wind make that much difference?

Anyhow I made it and so that makes two trips this week so I am half way there. Also have plans for the  Law of Attraction meeting on February 1st which is to be the first of bi weekly meetings. They will be helpful.

I still feel that I am half ways there! smiley-cool.gif

Really tired. I think that I might have to stick with twice a week for a while to build stamina. I think two expeditions if they involve much walking would be too much. Maybe I can do 1 with walking and 2 with mostly just getting a ride somehow somewhere. Or just 1 and 1. But I am learning my limits. Just wish I wasn\'t feeling it so hard.

Moose mountain is Just West of Bragg Creek and has an unusual system of ice caves. Not the sort that you find in a glacier. These are part of a natural refrigeration effect of wind going through crevices from the side of the mountain up chimneys to the top. Perhaps lasting from the ice age... I have been up Johnsons Canyon... the cave by the falls was so memorable. Never made it to the paint pots though. Never got to Marble Canyon. I think My sister did though.

Moonstar, I went for a year only getting out maybe once a month or so. I am working hard this past couple months to get out as much as I am. It is possible even if not easy. ...and sometimes you have to be ready for it.
