Howdy!

We are having some fine Summer weather here in Port Moody. It is around 22 C here, that's 72 F for you 'mericans. Actually some clouds have just rolled in off the ocean and it is a bit warmer inland even a little bit. The ocean makes a big difference. Probably 25 or 26 C inland... 79 F even. We are expecting warmer weather come Monday so we are just getting prepared for it. Well it isn't hot for you desert-prairie-lakes dwellers, but for us when it reaches 30 C we consider it hot. (89 F) You have to remember of course that nearly nobody has air conditioning in their home and mostly it is the newest cars only which come with it standard that have it hear. It is a luxury when you only need it for a few weeks a year. Who needs air if you have moderate temperatures for most of the year.

If I had the energy I'd go to the pier or maybe the beach. But... So I settle for a wide open window and some good music.
