I got out to the grocery store today. First time I got out there without going to a Dr appt or to pick up a prescription at the pharmacy. That's because finally I have a disability bus pass and can afford the extra trip.
Still I am exhausted. Combination of stuff including spring allergies I think. Also realize I picked up a bladder infection. One reason for the trip to the store. I picked up a couple of 2 litre bottles of Ocean Spray lite Cranberry juice. The lite stuff isn't so bad for my blood sugar and getting it at the grocery store isn't too bad costwise.
Anyway, part of my plan is to do more excursions by bus. My plan is for two excursions a week to increase physical activity and also getting in public more as well. Next step as well as perhaps increasing to three excursions is to perhaps look into free activities like swim passes at the municipal pools which also have gyms. Also perhaps seeing about getting free counselling. I never could afford the bus fare to get out to anything on a weekly basis
Well, part of that plan was to include at least a whole day between activities. Good Friday is a day of rest for me. Saturday a necessary trip to the Dr for a prescription that ran out. Sunday... well should be rest but I'll be going to Mom & Dad's. Perhaps I'll go Saturday afternoon so I can just rest on Easter Sunday? Or I can go Sunday morning trying to relax when I travel... I had better double check the Sunday bus schedules... To make sure the bus I want will be running.

Mom and Dad seem to be doing okay. Mom is having to favour her legs and Dad is seeming over his pneumonia and pleurisy. Thanks for asking! :-)

I did the Dr appt today and so another expedition on the bus. I\'ll be taking the bus to Mom & Dad\'s tomorrow (Easter) morning I think. Well I will probably leave the bus at the bus stop. ;-)
