Fuse blew on the circuit the microwave is on. There's only the two outlets on that circuit and I might take an extension cord to another outlet, but am concerned that maybe it is something wrong with the microwave and I'd blow another more important fuse and I am too sick to go to a place where I can buy an replacement.
I know the fuse is at least 7 years old and maybe it was just the fuse being old.
But... with the tail end of the flu it is so nice to be able to quickly eat up some water or soup or noodles. Or make hot chocolate. The tea kettle is fine and so is my little 4 cup coffee maker, but... I can't re-heat anything and when you feel really yucky you don't like messing up pots on the stove to heat soup or beans or stuff.
...and then maybe the microwave toasted the fuse.

your still sick?? im sorry...it must be hard to cook stuff when not feeling well and even worse looking at the dirty dishes afterwards!:::::::hugs::::::::hope your feeling better soon!

I know you feel somewhat frustrated by all of this happening.
I wish I were nearby to come by if you would like me to, and that way I would help out with the dishes and get small meals warmed for you.
Do your best to not allow this to put any more damper on your spirit or overwhelmed you. Right now kicking this flu in the butt is what is to be focused on.

Hi guys, I didn\'t even check the comments. :-( Sorry. I was right out of it last night and sort of out of it today other than what I have written today so far. I did order a couple lasagnas so that makes 4 meals! I can heat them up in the toaster oven in the trays they delivered them in.
I only have 4 bowels and a plate to clean right now. I don\'t make much in the way of dirty dishes.
I feel weird though. I\'m not really feeding anything much of anything at the moment Scratch. But my face is a mess. Haven\'t been able to get the fruit or yogurt for a week. :-(
