I really have to remember that when I have gotten myself exhausted, that I have to give myself time to rest. Yesterday afternoon I pushed things mentally trying to get things accomplished, making museum blog entries; organizing images for future museum entries; creating two presentations for Monday's board meeting at the museum; figuring out a way to organize my computer desk and entertainment centre; planning time for laundry; working on my friend's shop website and webstore... but I was getting bogged down and my head started hurting and I was getting anxious. I was worrying about not being able to handle anything.
Then I realized I really only should have been relaxing and maybe watching TV or talking on the phone yesterday or even this afternoon.
Why do I keep forgetting I have to rest at least one day and often two after a half day's activity. If I have to do do things two days then I might have to rest three or four. I probably should stop denying that I actually have chronic fatigue.
