I haven't a clue what the source was, but I had horrible pain in the balls and inside arches of my feet last night. I worried if it got worse I might not be able to walk. It burnt and stabbed and I wondered if it was further expression of neuropathy or something lingering from my travels of the week.

I went to bed early and so of course was off my feet all night and now they are better but there is a buzzing feeling in my legs and feet - which sometimes happens. Almost feels like there is machinery like a transformer downstairs.

I do have to be careful of sitting too long or in poorly designed seats because the main nerve running down the back of the leg runs very close to the surface and can cause crippling pain in the feet. It is something I inherited from my Mother's side of the family. All my male relatives on her side have problems with it.

Anyhow I hope I don't have further problems, but will bring it up with the Dr on Tuesday when I see him about the disability appeal.
