I think it is just anxiety. But I have been having some problems. My legs have been sluggish for walking and my left arm tingling and feeling slightly numb. My typing is even a bit off. I worry that I am having symptoms of another minor stroke event. I was debating on calling someone the other night. I didn't have enough of a problem with those tests they have for stroke onset. Either it is just anxiety or perhaps I already had it and it was minor.

Monday I see an advocate about my application for reconsideration on my disability application. It is a bit of a trip for me only a typical daily commute for others. Maybe an hour on public transit and at noon. But I am nervous. Not sure I will be able to have clean laundry for it. For anyone else it would be, just do it. But for me... well that is one of the reasons I am needing help.

Sweet Darrell,
Do not hesitate to contact your doctor if your feeling unwell. Left arm tingling does not sound like something to neglect. Do not force me to be ugly about it, southern women can be a handful when provoked. So, CALL THE DOCTOR NOW!! My best wishes concerning your disability.
Much Love,
Carrie

Howdy,

Not to worry I\'m all checked out for the ticker. I have a few health conditions that create chest pains that would have me heading to the ER on a weekly basis otherwise. I actually have low cholesteral and blood pressure. Good genetics for a large part and years of being careful about fats. I also recently had a carotid Doppler ultrasound and as well as showing a very good flow of blood through the vessels it also showed that I have very little if any plaque. Still I do tend towards anxiety and anxiety attacks and the esophogeal spasms I get feel like a leg cramp, but in the chest. And I have seen the Dr about them and he has nice moving pictures showing how the muscles don\'t coordinate right.

BUT your concern is noted and I\'m less than 5 minutes from the ambulance station and 10 from the hospital ER.

I wonder how many folk know how to test for stroke onset? Lifting both arms and holding them up. Sticking your tongue out, speaking a simple sentence. Smiling and following a finger are a part as well I believe. Walking is something else to check that things are working.

For me I also touch type. :-) I have noted the effect of various medicines on my speed and accuracy and sometimes judge how much medicine I want for some conditions based on how much I want it to effect my typing. I am a budding author after all.

LOL I have a few other friends, including some other southern women you\'d have to get in line behind too. There are some Pacific Northwest women who would be a handful too.

Thanks for caring!
Take Care
