Maybe I should stay out of doctors' offices for a while. I went for an allergy shot yesterday, and in the waiting room were two kids, a boy about three, and a little girl about five. No one else around. The two year-old was pushing one of the chairs around as fast as he could. When I sat down he came at me with it like a missile. The little girl tried to stop him but he'd turn and aim it at her then, so she stopped trying. I didn't need anymore bruises, and certainly not from something like that, so I was just getting ready to yell at the kid when Mom came sauntering out from the back somewhere. She said, "Oh yes he's all boy...he has such endless energy!" Wanted to get the kid to run the chair into her knee sideways, but I was too happy that he turned away from me, though he kept chasing the girl around until they left. Ugh. Good luck with him when he's 10 or 12 and the police come a-knocking. They won't give a crap about his endless energy and she'll get to hear the phrase "conduct disorder" thrown around a lot.

Did you give yourself 5%, by not giving the kid a slap in the head.
Thanks Dardi. I think I will.
