Do you have any help so that you can get out and away for a few hours? You sound like a great husband; she is so lucky to have you. I think I have heard of adult day care centers where you could take her a day or two a week so that you could get a respite from taking care of her. You need to take care of yourself, too. And those lovely children, as well. You are setting such a good example for them. There is no greater tribute to their mother than for your children to see how much their father loves her.
