last night..

I had a really bad binge/purge episode..
i ate almost everything in sight.

mashed potatoes, mac and cheese, green beans, rolls, ice cream. then i went to taco bell and got two cheese quesadilla's and ate them. i came home and threw every thing up..

today i hope i do better.. i'm about to head to the gym right now, to work out. then i have to come home and clean, as my friend Amelie is coming in from Austria to stay with me tomorrow, so i want the house to look nice.

Keep trying.

Oftentimes, food represents love in our minds. We want so badly to have love (eat), but we also realize that love leaves us only too easily (purging) and we somehow believe we are responsible for our loves lost.

The purging can be a picture of us getting rid of love before love can reject us.

The problem may not be food, it may be love.

Just food for thought, young\'un!

We act out a lot of things as a means for our powerful brains to try to resolve pain...pain that is either externally or internally caused.

My wife is always buying picture frames. It occurred to me, during one of my long walks, that her empty picture frames are actually a metaphorical picture of her heart. It\'s empty and she wants to fill it with her daughters...who\'ve not been allowed to be with her like they should, thanks to a bullying and wealthy ex husband and his family.

Her empty picture frames are the empty memories.

Oh, God, how I wish I could fill her void!!!

You may not be able to control the love in your life, but you CAN control something rather similar...and that\'s your nutrition.
