So far, I haven't heard from the Dean's Assistant and it's getting me anxious because I need to know what to do. I'm wondering when is she going to get back to me? A part of me doesn't really care because I never really had passion for the major anyway. I like it, but not as much as the visual arts. I mean, I have a pretty good idea of what I wanna do. I definitely need the visual arts in the type of job I'd like for the long run. I want to do graphic design, but the only thing is that it would take me two extra years to finish my BA whereas my BA degree in Communications can be finished in either 1-2 semesters depending on whether the grade I appealed for gets approved!! Ah, this sucks! The teacher I'm appealing against is the teacher who authorizes who graduates and who doesn't for the Communications Department. That's also one of the reasons why I don't want to major in Communications anymore along with the fact that I get easily bored by writing/editing written works in PR. I mean, I like it, but it's not all that fun and I get bored and irritated when editing needs to be done and especially when someone is editing my work.  It's totally opposite with my digital artwork when someone critiques it. I'm always open for suggestions in that area. Plus now that I have a new apartment, I really need to work almost full-time to pay the rent, some bills and to have money for myself and my savings. If I work almost full-time and try to finish my Communications degree, I know I'll have a hard time with the classes even though it would be two classes a semester for one year because I really don't like what I'm studying. But instead, if I take 3 graphic design classes a semester for the next 4 semesters, I'll be alittle overwhelmed, but at least I'll love what I'm doing, have my own clean apartment, and I'll be free from the burdens of my mom's untidiness.  Life is full of choices =)
