It's funny, but I haven't been writing in my regular journal (hardbound book) lately because I've been writing on this website more often. I've kept a journal for more than ten years and I feel pretty proud of that. My whole life written on pages upon pages. I even noticed that my handwriting has changed significantly. I can also read some of my journal from when I was ten years old and reflect on what I was thinking at that particular time! I went to a psychologist today and felt so much relief from talking to her. We only had 50 minutes to talk so I basically just gave her a run down of my life history from the time I graduated high school up until now. Wow, talk about soul-cleansing! :) I felt like I did. Like the dirt from a fresh cut wound being wiped away with alcohol before adding the medication. I think next week she'll be giving me my verbal remedy on how to handle my life. I have 11 more weekly sessions with my new psychologist and thank goodness they're free at the school!! It sucks when days go by and you don't have a buddy or close friend that you can talk to and be completely yourself on a daily basis. I use to have that a few years ago, now I don't. It sucks cuz sometimes I have so much to share, but no one to talk to. And when I do talk to someone I wanna share what I have to say, the words come out wrong.
