I don't know if I want to take this med. I heard of side effects like suicidal thoughts and that once you start, you have to be on it for a long time and that it can be dangerous to stop once you stop the meds. I'm seriously scared after all the crap I've been through (feeling like I'm dying because of my panic attacks, extreme anxiousness, etc.)...who would blame me?

Which med are you refering too? Most meds have such side effects and they do go away after awhile. I was on a few that did that too me and they had me seeing my doctor every week to check in. As far as long term I was on Cymbalta and they had to take me off of it after 7 months because we was causing high liver functions.
