Hi everyone. I took a sleeping pill the other day and wow, I didn't know they worked. So I took two. I am finally getting out the fog. Hated it. Any one else take them? I thought if I took them I wouldn't have to use a zanax. I don't have much to say. I am feeling better on my meds I guess.

I take 2 tylenol PM when I can\'t sleep and it works for me.
