Going back to new dr. 2nd visit.....hope she puts me back on Ambien so I can sleep. A couple of good things about this dr.....I can email her anytime if I have problems and she wants updates....and she actually called me at home in the evening.
Dr. gave me some Ambien to sleep....half the dose as I was taking but we are on the right track....not quite there yet...but close.
I had to explain to her that I have had a history of Mental Illness since my teen years. I know what works and what doesn\'\'t. I was getting paranoid, suicidal thoughts. and my depression was getting worse. She agreed ....lack of sleep will cause all of the above.

Yes, Arizona,...you are right. The doc did give me back my Ambien but at a lower dose. At least I have her going in the right direction.
