Prayer

Prayer seems to be helping.  I consider it part of my meditation.  I still need to work on letting go of my problems and not dwelling on one thing.
Go with the flow.....and see where it takes me.
 
Also learning what triggers my anxiety.  A lot of it comes from my past experience....some abuse.  Learn the triggers and then learn the solution.

Dwelling & anxiety I do know about.......unfortunately.......That dwelling thing is a killer.....for me, if I\'m aware I\'m doing it, sometimes I snap out of it.......My key is being aware it\'s just my mind & this bad felling will go away....It\'s just a question of when.
